The house is a non-smoking house, smoking is allowed only outside.
Pets are not allowed (landlord is fond of animals, but unfortunately allergy sufferers).
Check in from 07.00 o’clock on the day of arrival
Check out until 18.00 o’clock on the day of departure
Cancellation is not possible. We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, the balance is due 14 days prior to departure.
