Are you looking for a beautiful, quietly located vacation home on Lake Garda with pool? Then Casa sulle colline di Barcuzzi could be the right choice for you.
Barcuzzi is a village southwest on the Garda Lake with many vacation homes and villas. The place is characterized by the quiet location and good access. The lake is less than 1.5 km away. Easily accessible are also numerous shopping facilities and the main roads.
The vacation home was purchased in 2022 and furnished in a modern way. From April 2023 the house can be rented.
Ground Floor
The first floor houses the living level with an open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is of high quality, offers every comfort and is equipped with a modern stove and various accessories. From the living room and kitchen you can access the spacious outdoor area. The large dining table on the terrace can seat 8 people. The roofed lounge area offers lots of shade, it has a beautiful view of the pool and the garden. Both during the day and in the evening this area invites you to relax.
From the living room, a small hallway leads to a bedroom and a daylight shower room. The bedroom has a box spring double bed, a third person can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed. An air conditioning system is available.
Top floor
The attic houses another bedroom, with box spring double bed and sofa bed. The bedroom has a small balcony, from which you can see the lake and the mountains. Next to the bedroom is a daylight shower bathroom.
In the walk-in attic, small children will find a place to play and various toys. The playroom and the bedroom each have air conditioning.
Basement
The basement invites you to relax, offering amenities such as the sauna and bubble bath.
The rooms offer numerous high-quality built-in wardrobes, which are available for guests. Through the built-in closet you can get to the utility room with washing machine and dryer, which are ready for use.
The large room and the toilet can be ventilated through small light shafts, in which cacti are planted.
Through the basement you can reach the large garage, which is separated by a security door. Arriving and leaving is comfortable with the provided remote garage door and garden gate.
